Production

What minimum quantity makes production at Pallentin worthwhile?

We cover the entire lifecycle. Using 3D printing, we produce prototypes from a quantity of 1. Rotational molding is ideal for small to medium series (50 to 2,000 units). With injection molding, we realize cost-effective large series with high volumes.

Engineering

Do you also handle the design of the components?

Yes. As a system supplier, we offer full engineering. We optimize your CAD data for the respective manufacturing process ("Design for Manufacturing"), conduct moldflow analyses and develop the appropriate tools in our own mold making facility.

Materials

What materials do you process?

We process almost all common engineering thermoplastics (PE, PP, PA, ABS, PC) as well as high-performance plastics. Depending on requirements for UV stability, impact resistance or design, we advise you on the optimal material choice.
