Precise technical components and prototypes in XXL format.
We offer professional FDM 3D printing services for the production of high-quality plastic components – up to an impressive size of 1 cubic meter. With cutting-edge technology, we enable the flexible and efficient production of prototypes, individual parts and functional components in large format. Our focus is on additive manufacturing of components that meet the highest industrial standards for stability and geometry.
In Fused Deposition Modeling (FDM), thermoplastic material is applied layer by layer and built up precisely according to digital CAD data. This proven additive manufacturing process is particularly suitable for functional technical components and large-volume constructions.
Thanks to our large-format 3D printing systems, we produce components where even extensive and complex geometries can be efficiently realized without tooling costs.

Depending on the application, we process a wide selection of thermoplastics. Especially for highly stressed industrial applications, we rely on technical 3D printing materials with special properties:
Carbon fiber and glass fiber for maximum rigidity and dimensional stability.
PLA, ABS, PETG and PA (Nylon).
Additional technical filaments available on request.
3D printing up to 1 cubic meter in one piece.
Fast production without expensive mold making.
Use of industrial high-performance plastics.
Ideal for fixture construction, prototypes and end-use parts.

Our large-format FDM printed parts are used where conventional printers reach their limits:
Fixtures and functional components.
Large-part prototypes and design models.
Scale-accurate, complex building models.
FDM is extremely robust and allows the use of real engineering thermoplastics. For components up to 1 m³, it offers the best ratio between stability, weight and production costs.
Yes, especially through fiber-reinforced plastics, our printed parts achieve a strength that qualifies them for permanent use as industrial functional components or in fixture construction.
One of the biggest advantages of additive manufacturing is the time savings. While a conventional tool takes weeks, we print large-format components often within just a few days – directly from your CAD data.
We accompany you from design to the finished component.
