Large-Volume Hollow Bodies & Design – We Bring Your Visions Into Shape.
Welcome to Pallentin Industries, your expert for demanding rotomoulding engineering. We produce high-quality plastic hollow bodies that convince through durability and precision. As a specialist in rotational molding contract manufacturing, we focus on implementing individual customer projects where quality comes first. From the initial idea to series production, we set standards in modern plastics manufacturing.
The rotational molding process enables the economical production of complex, stress-free components. Plastic powder is filled into specially manufactured rotational molds and melted through bi-axial movement under heat. The molten plastic evenly coats the inside of the mold, forming the desired hollow body.
After controlled cooling in special cooling stations, the finished plastic part is removed and prepared for precise post-processing. Through this process, we realize seamless large-volume hollow bodies with a product size of up to 6 meters.

A decisive advantage of our manufacturing is the enormous freedom in rotational mold design. While other processes reach their limits with complex shapes, rotomoulding enables the realization of extraordinary geometries. This makes us the ideal partner not only for technical containers, but also for high-quality design objects and modern furniture design.
We work closely with you to realize your visions:
Custom molds for exclusive furniture, lamp housings or architectural elements.
Realization of various surface structures and special effects directly in the mold.
We return plastic residues to the production cycle and upgrade them through recycling – a plus for sustainable product lines.
We accompany you from the first sketch in furniture design through the prototype phase to market-ready series production.

As your partner, we offer you comprehensive services that go far beyond the pure rotational molding process. We create real added value through:
Optimized logistics for your production.
Assembly of technical components directly after demolding.
On request, we deliver the finished products directly to your end customers.
Rotational molding is the ideal process for large-volume hollow bodies. At Pallentin Industries, we realize components from handy dimensions to huge objects with a length of up to 6 meters. Unlike injection molding, tooling costs remain economically attractive even at these enormous dimensions.
One of the greatest advantages is the cost-effectiveness for small and medium series. Since rotational molds (tools) are significantly cheaper than injection molds, projects often pay off from as few as 50 to 100 pieces per year. But we also efficiently implement series of up to several thousand pieces for you.
Yes, this is a special feature of rotomoulding engineering. We can place metallic inserts, threaded bushings or reinforcements directly into the mold. These are firmly enclosed by the plastic during the process, enabling an extremely stable and tight connection.
Due to bi-axial rotation, the components are produced virtually stress-free. This makes them extremely robust against impacts and cracking. Through the use of high-quality plastics, our products are also absolutely weatherproof, chemical-resistant and ideal for outdoor use.
Rotational mold design offers enormous freedom. We can realize complex geometries, double walls and various surface structures. In terms of aesthetics, we manufacture in virtually any desired RAL color, with the material being completely through-dyed.
From the first sketch to large-scale production – we advise you free of charge on feasibility and costs.
